Experience of court of protection work would be an advantage in this role, however training is offered to successful candidates.</p>\n\n<p>We have excellent relationships with local partners and hospital trusts. The team are responsible for undertaking assessments of need for individuals discharged from an acute hospital back to their home or into a discharge to assess bed.
