The Site Controller will be responsible for management of the cleaning service within the school and well as the booking and oversight of all works at the school including both regular and adhoc servicing.</p>\n<p>A 3 bedroom bungalow with a large garden is offered as part of the role with low monthly rental costs however whilst this is preffered, it is not essential.</p>\n<p>This post is subject to the Bracknell Forest Site Controllers Scheme which means that the post holder is required to work up to 30 hours extra per calendar month for the salary paid. Overtime has to be agreed in advance and will only be paid once the extra 30 hours have been worked. A full training programme is offered alongside good professional development opportunities.</p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a Site Controller who:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong><em>Is experienced at working within a school or similar environment </em></strong> </li>\n<li>Is enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated</li>\n<li>Is friendly, caring, hardworking with high expectations</li>\n<li>Is able to demonstrate knowledge of health, safety and hygiene procedures and precautions</li>\n<li>Is aware of COSHH regulations, applying knowledge gained as appropriate</li>\n<li>Can demonstrate good communication skills with all types of stakeholders</li>\n<li>Can demonstrate previous experience and “DIY” skills to identify, monitor and carry out minor repairs, maintenance and redecoration.
