abilities.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.</li>\n<li>Instruct proper swimming techniques, water safety procedures, and pool etiquette.</li>\n<li>Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to help students build confidence and achieve their goals.</li>\n<li>Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all swimmers.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Strong swimming ability and a proven understanding of proper swimming techniques.<br>Minimum of [Required Swim Instruction Certification] (e.g., ASA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Certificate, STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching).</p>\n<p>Current CPR and First Aid certifications.</p>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>\n<p>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patience skills.</p>\n<p>Ability to effectively engage
