You will gain greater experience in using a range of interventions especially working on housing adaptation and the use of equipment to support safety, comfort, and independence.</p>\n<p>You will be a pivotal part of the Disability (0-25) Team, having a high level of autonomy.  You will receive monthly formal supervision from the Disability (0-25) Team Manager, informal supervision as /when required and team group refection practice sessions.   You will receive clinical supervision from an advanced OT practitioner to develop your clinical reasoning skills.   You will also attend bi-monthly Pan Gwent SSD OT support group which will provide you with additional opportunities to develop an OT support network. </p>\n<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p>We are a dedicated team committed to supporting children and young people (0-25) with disabilities, guiding them toward brighter futures.
