You'll be part of a service-wide rota to provide cover on consecutive Saturdays and Sundays once every eight weeks and will receive days off during the weeks before and after covering weekends. Demonstrating management potential, you will have excellent all-round communication and negotiation skills working with the Statutory, Voluntary and Independent sector partners.<br><br>You will adhere to Hertfordshire's Connected Lives Practice Principles by ensuring that people are supported to maintain their independence and receive person-centred care and support. You will utilise your knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other social care legislation, to manage the most complex cases. You will use of your advanced knowledge and experience to support other members of the team and the management team to ensure good practice.
