We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead our small cyber security team to maintain and develop our cyber security.</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><ul>\n<li>Ensure that the ICT systems in use across the South Worcestershire councils are as secure as possible.</li>\n<li>Keep up to date with cyber security threats and ensure that appropriate mitigations are in place to counter these.</li>\n<li>Develop their own and the teams cyber security skills.</li>\n<li>Recommend and implement appropriate cyber security technology solutions to meet the requirements of the councils.</li>\n</ul><p><strong>What we can offer</strong></p><p>Our staff are at the heart of what we do, and as a result we are always looking to recruit, develop and retain the very best talent we can find.
