To ensure that quotes for non-Schedule of Rate works are obtained in line with council procedures.</p>\n<p>Complete customer satisfaction surveys and decency surveys when completing repairs post inspections.</p>\n<p>To assist the Property Services Operations team with property alterations and administering exclusive’ repairs orders.</p>\n<p>Diagnosing defects (including remedying damp and mould & HHSRS) where identified to ensure they are quickly dealt with by the appropriate team. To identify and raise any repairs identified during estate inspections or asset inspection surveys directly to the repairs and maintenance contractor.</p>\n<p>To assist Property Services with dis-repair inspections and claims.
