In this front-of-house customer service role, you'll work in our galleries and shop areas, ensuring our visitors enjoy an educational, safe, and memorable experience at our museums.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for excellent communicators with strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for the arts, tourism, heritage, and culture to join our front-of-house teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Candidates should excel at engaging with people, possess previous face-to-face customer service experience, and ideally have some retail experience (preferred but not essential). We seek team players committed to delivering outstanding visitor experiences and the highest levels of customer service. Previous experience in a cultural or heritage environment is an advantage but not required.
