Alternatively you will be qualified by experience to an equivalent level with a minimum qualification of BTEC, IET accreditation in Electrical Engineering and/or membership of a recognised electrical engineering organisation such as JIB.</p>\n<p>Additionally to this you will have a proven track record of dealing with electrical work contracts and contractors within a social housing setting. You will also have experience and knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 specific to contractor management and site supervision.
