The centre houses a large dinghy fleet of over 30 boats, and an array of paddlesports equipment ranging from kayaks to giant paddleboards, accessing the 84 acres of Black Swan Lake. Dinton is also home to an indoor climbing wall, a 12m high outdoor high roped facility, outdoor archery range and low ropes course situated within the 350 acre Dinton Pastures Country Park.</p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will hold multiple awards in climbing, paddlesports and sailing and have substantial experience working in a commercial centre. It would be preferable if a candidate held multiple of these awards or had experience in the other activities such as archery, fencing or environmental education.
