About the role
Do you want a new teaching challenge and are you passionate about making a difference? Grove Park School is on an exciting development journey and we are looking for talented teachers to join our team and help transform the lives of our pupils.
Grove Park provides education for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including moderate, severe, and profound learning difficulties (MLD/SLD/PMLD) as well as autism (ASC). Our current roll is 152 pupils, and we are seeking full-time Class Teachers for the Primary site.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a school that is dedicated to supporting every pupil to achieve their full potential
- Benefit from a robust induction and support system, especially designed for teachers new to SEND
- Enjoy a flexible and dynamic role, with opportunities to teach across a variety of age ranges and needs – supporting great career development
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and innovative class teachers who are passionate about working with children with a range of complex needs.
We welcome applications from teachers currently working in primary, secondary, mainstream, or specialist schools who are excited by the challenge of teaching in a unique, special school environment.
While skills in adaptive teaching are especially valued, we are equally interested in teachers who are eager to grow and develop their expertise in working with SEND learners.
Grove Park operates across three sites, with our Secondary and Sixth Form co-located with a mainstream academy, providing an inclusive experience for both staff and students.
If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. For more information or to arrange a visit, please contact:
