A vacancy has arisen at Northway Community Primary School for a Premises Officer.
The position is permanent on successful completion of a six-month probationary period (in line with Sefton’s policy). The post is required as soon as the successful candidate is available.
The Governors of Northway Community Primary School would like to appoint a thorough, hard-working and conscientious Premises Officer who:
- Will contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the school
- Is committed to ensuring high standards of health and safety and security of the school
- Shows initiative to maintain the standards of the premises
- Is able to keep accurate and up to date records.

The post is for 20 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday – 2pm-6pm each day.

Due to the nature of work the post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Criminal Records Bureau.
