Stansted, Southend and London City Airports are only 30 minutes away for residents looking to travel further afield.  </p>\n<h3>Building Control Surveyor</h3>\n<h3>Salary: £42,700 - £47,156 per annum, Grade H (SCP 37 - 41)</h3>\n<h3>Market supplement: £8,000 per annum (to be reviewed after 12 months)</h3>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has substantial and relevant experience in a similar role and who is a member of an appropriate body including RICS, CABE or CIOB.
