wellbeing of all staff, services users and all those affected by the Council’s undertaking.You will bethe Council’s lead advisor on contingency planning and organisational resilience to meet our statutory obligations under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and lead internal Business Continuity for the Council.</p><p>You will hold the NEBOSH National Diploma (Level 6) in Occupational Health and Safety or similar, with a high level of knowledge and experience in health and safety and a proven track record of achievement of working at a senior level in local authority or similar related organisation.You will have knowledge of major emergency plans and response (Civil Contingencies Act) and business continuity for organisations.</p><p>The successful candidate must possess an inner confidence when engaging with service managers, developed communication skills, good judgement and be able to work under pressure, establish priorities and deliver to deadlines.A positive attitude is
