As an IT Project Support Officer, you’ll be reporting to the IT Programme Manager and working closely with Project Managers and IT teams who are delivering critical technology rollouts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our device deployment and business change projects run smoothly, from start to finish. This is your chance to be part of something big!

What will you be doing?In this role, you’ll be hands-on with some of the most exciting projects across the organisation. You’ll:
- Be the project tech guru — provide expert support using cutting-edge tools like Monday.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Lead the charge — coordinate, track, and report on project performance, from resource timesheets to monthly budgets, making sure everything’s on track!
- Influence & inspire — get the whole team on board with best practices and standardised approaches, ensuring we’re all working in harmony.
- Take the reins on key workstreams — plan, coordinate, and facilitate progress to ensure projects hit their objectives and unlock business benefits.
- Engage with diverse teams — from Learning & Development to HR, Finance, and beyond, you’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure every project is a success!
- Be the organisational glue — organise high-profile meetings, capture key decisions, and provide professional advice on governance and best practices.
About youWe need someone who’s passionate about project management and loves a challenge! If you have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification, or the experience to back it up.
- PRINCE II Foundation or similar project management training.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 tools (especially Monday.com, SharePoint, and Teams).
- A problem-solving mindset with experience in project reporting and governance.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build strong relationships.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure— we need someone who thrives when things get busy!
