The job role consists of:
- Having responsibility for teaching in Key Stage 2
- Taking responsibility and be accountable for pupil attainment and achievement, by tracking pupils progress and supporting individual pupils’ learning needs
- Ensuring that high standards of behaviour and respect are evident throughout the Primary Phase supporting colleagues in line with school policies and practice.
- Supporting the Head of Primary to secure a high quality learning experience
- Setting high expectations for all pupils through aspirational target setting
