Our goal is to provide a high standard of care for everyone who has a service from PILS service promoting their dignity, respect, and independence at all times. </p>\n\n<p>You will need to be able support service users with personal care if required as we are a domiciliary care service.</p>\n\n<p>You will be part of a team providing high standards of person-centred support to our Service Users, supporting them to complete everyday living tasks, work towards achieving their personal goals and enable them to live as independently as they can. </p>\n\n<p>Shift patterns: This is a 24/7 service where we have a range of shifts including early and late shifts, i.e., 7 am -3 pm or 2 pm-11 pm and form a set rolling 6-week rota pattern. Shifts vary for each post.</p>\n\n<p>You may also be required to cover sleeping-in shift for which an additional allowance is paid.
