About the role
Pevensey & Westham CE Primary School is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager.
We are starting brand new nursery provision for 0-4 year olds from September 2025.
The substantive role would start from July 2025 with availability prior to this to work with the school in preparing for opening in September including recruitment of staff. School will be flexible with any availability prior to July.

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager who embodies the essence of early years education. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting.
- A strong initiative to create an engaging, nurturing environment for children.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- A steadfast commitment to safeguarding the welfare of all children.
- Understanding and experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
