About the role

You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to Court of Protection and mental capacity and Adult Social Care more generally.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor or barrister who has:
- Significant knowledge/specialism and experience of ASC/mental capacity law and practice;
- Experience of conducting own caseload within ASC/mental capacity law
- Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel /organisations
- Ability to work within a team and, when necessary, independently
