30 or 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Term Time only (incl INSET days) plus 1 extra week in the school holidays
Single Status Grade 5 Points 12-13
Salary Range £23,893 - £24,293 pro rata
Actual Pay 30 hours - £17,166 - £17,453
Actual Pay 35 hours - £20,027 - £20,362

- Working under the professional guidance of senior staff to implement work programmes for individuals/groups of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Providing high quality, inclusive, learning experiences and care for all the children.
- To liaise and interact effectively with the teaching staff, parents and carers in order to enable access to learning.
- To support achievement and progress.
- To promote the welfare of all children.
- To share good practice in the classroom setting and at break times.
- To assist in the whole planning cycle and the management / preparation of resources.
