Join an organisation committed to the success of one of the Country’s fastest-growing boroughs and the people who make it thrive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Project Management Team to provide administrative support on large capital housing and commercial projects and within our housing acquisition programme.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working as part of a team under the direction of the Construction Project Manager, the Project Officer will take responsibility for administrative, technical and customer support for projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About you </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for excellent team players with good administrative and communication skills to help us plan these projects and see them through to delivery and completion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines but most importantly work with a range of stakeholders including senior officers of the council, Elected Members and contractors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>An interest in construction or a related discipline would be advantageous but is not essential.
