Riverside Leisure Centre is Chelmsford City Council’s flagship leisure facility, offering a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
The Membership Sales Advisor will support the team to deliver a first class customer journey through the centre whilst exceeding sales targets. A highly motivated team player, you will be responsible for selling a range of memberships dependent upon the prospects needs, ensuring high standards of member administration and customer service are maintained within the centre at all times.
The successful applicant will generate y leads through daily activity that targets both existing referrals and the corporate market. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, outgoing, enjoys working with people and is keen to start a career in sales or the leisure industry. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working to KPI’s in a fast paced environment working closely with the reception and fitness teams
The successful applicant will be working as part of a team who work hard and have fun. Full training will be given alongside the marketing tools and support you need to make an impact. This role is a full time position, working 37 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business as you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
