Cross in Hand is a happy and successful C of E Primary School in Heathfield, East Sussex. We have genuinely lovely children, supportive parents and a great team of staff.
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to support a Year 1 child during afternoon lessons. The successful candidate would need to remain calm under pressure and have a firm, consistent yet nurturing approach to supporting children to regulate their behaviour. Experience of supporting children with autism is essential.
The position is being advertised afternoons, working Monday to Friday 13:00 - 15:10.
