Your annual project portfolio is substantial, valuing between £4 million and £10 million. In this role, your responsibilities are multifaceted, extending to overseeing district heating system upgrades, spearheading lift replacement programmes, and managing door entry systems replacements and electrical upgrades. A particular emphasis is placed on projects within the social housing sector, highlighting the need for your expertise in navigating the unique challenges and requirements of these environments. Familiarity with ISO, British and PAS Standards, and Building Regulations is crucial for delivering best practices and modelling risks associated with sustainable construction.
