It should be noted that the post involves foot patrol outside in all weathers.</p>\n<p>You will join the current Neighbourhood Warden (Horsham) who is already in post.</p>\n<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>\n<p>To succeed as a Neighbourhood Warden, you will be a good communicator, solution focused, confident, enthusiastic and come with a genuine commitment to identifying and developing mechanisms for improving quality of life for all residents.</p>\n<p>You will be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) and have previous experience of working with the members of the public.
