Senior Building Control Surveyor – Up to £62,748 plus 10% Market Supplement .
As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, focusing on projects up to Class 2 general level. Your role will involve in ensuring compliance with building regulations for submissions, plans, and site work, including non-domestic projects, supporting the Head of Building Control and the Building Control Team Manager in daily operations and undertaking inspections and collaborating with other departments as required, both within and outside the borough.
