The Integrated Early Years’ Service aims to improve outcomes through prevention and early intervention, for families with children 0-5 years, with a focus on the first 1001 days (pregnancy to age 2 years). Camden’s Children’s Centres and Family Hubs provide a universal ‘front door’ for families to access joined-up support services from conception, throughout a child’s early years, and up to the age of 19 or 25 for young people with special educational needs or disabilities.
About the role
To learn how to provide professional, customer focussed business support to the team, thus ensuring delivery of a well-coordinated pathway of universal and targeted children’s centre services across the borough. In addition, working toward achieving the level 3 Business administration apprenticeship standard.
Purpose of the role:
Work Environment:
Office based at one of the Camden’s children’s centres or locality venues. The role will include rotation between the different children’s centres throughout the placement. There will be occasional visits to other centres or council/voluntary/statutory agency offices or venues.
