About the role
We are seeking to recruit a school secretary to join our friendly team at Iford and Kingston C of E Primary School. The post is for 35.00 hours over 5 days in school.
Iford and Kingston C of E Primary School is a village primary school in Kingston, close to Lewes. We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic and reliable person to work in our school office. Iford and Kingston is part of the Skylark Federation which can offer professional development and support from the secretaries in the other schools.
The successful candidate will have good people and office skills together with a polite and courteous telephone manner. More important than previous school experience is the ability to adapt. Training and support will be given. The school secretary is an important member of the team, are you the person we are looking for?

Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 6.20 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
