Aintree Davenhill is a large primary school (Nursery-Year 6 children) which has modern facilities and extensive grounds enabling us to offer excellent educational experiences that foster an enjoyment of learning. Job Requirements
The Headteacher and Governing Body of Aintree Davenhill Primary School are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator who demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills, has a positive ethos and is committed to improving the learning outcomes for all our pupils.
Post: Administrator Level 2
Contract type: Fixed term for 1 year pending a funding review (September 2025 – August 2026)
Hours: Part time 35 per week (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), term time only plus 2 Inset days
Grade: Grade C point 3-4
Salary: £24,696 - £25,087 pro rata
Starting date: 1 September 2025
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the school delivers effective and efficient services
- Collate registers and monitor attendance
- Act as front of house welcoming visitors and communicating with pupils, staff and parents
- Provide administrative support for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
- Attend and clerk meetings
- Maintain the school’s management information systems.
- Assist in the completion of local authority and DfE returns
