As a school, we prioritise the safeguarding and protection of our children and our robust safer recruitment practices ensure we thoroughly investigate the suitability of all candidates.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>The Headteacher and Governing Body of Aintree Davenhill Primary School are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator who demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills, has a positive ethos and is committed to improving the learning outcomes for all our pupils.  </p>\n<p><strong>Post:</strong> Administrator Level 2</p>\n<p><strong>Contract type</strong>: Fixed term for 1 year pending a funding review (September 2025 – August 2026)</p>\n<p><strong>Hours</strong>: Part time 35 per week (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), term time only plus 2 Inset days</p>\n<p><strong>Grade</strong>: Grade C point 3-4</p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: £24,696 - £25,087 pro rata </p>\n<p><strong>Starting date</strong>: 1 September 2025</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be required to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to ensure the school delivers effective and efficient services</li>\n<li>Collate registers and monitor attendance</li>\n<li>Act as front of house welcoming visitors and communicating with pupils, staff and parents</li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team</li>\n<li>Attend and clerk meetings</li>\n<li>Maintain the school’s management information systems.</li>\n<li>Assist in the completion of local authority and DfE returns</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We can offer a friendly and welcoming school community, positive hard working colleagues and a commitment to continued professional development.</p>\n<p>The closing date for applications is 9:00 am Wednesday 14<sup>th</sup> May 2025.
