We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a SENDCo to work across The Parkland Federation.

The Parkland Federation is part of Swale Academies Trust, one of the leading Multi-Academy Trusts in the South East with a highly effective record in school improvement. We are currently looking for an outstanding and dynamic SENDCo to join us.
If you can demonstrate the following then we'd be delighted to hear from you:
- Able to ensure the effective implementation of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities strategy (SEND) for pupils at our schools;
- Ensuring statutory requirements are fulfilled and ensuring the school follows identified best practice;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Commitment to teamwork in supporting school improvement;
- Outstanding knowledge of the KS1/KS2 Curriculum;
- The ability to ensure all pupils achieve their true potential through appropriate differentiation and challenge;
- A commitment to supporting Senior Leaders in driving the school forward;
- Work closely with other staff to ensure that vulnerable groups are effectively provided for to ensure that they make at least expected progress;
- A passion for creativity;
- A love of animals and the outside environment.
