About the role
Do you want to help people to regain their independence and play a key part in getting them back on their feet? If so, then being a Relief Rehabilitation Support Worker might be the role for you.
You do not need any experience, just a desire to make a difference.
As a Relief Rehabilitation Support Worker, you can make a real difference to a person’s life by attending to the small and personal details that really matter. You will provide practical assistance to clients by helping them perform daily tasks whilst enabling them to get back to being independent. You will also be there to provide emotional support to promote client’s health and mental wellbeing.
Being a Relief Rehabilitation Support Worker allows you the flexibility to just select the shifts that suit you to work around your other commitments. A variety of both day and night shifts are available, however we are particularly looking for people able to work nights.

- Are physically able to carry out all tasks as required
- Have a commitment to training and personal development

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
