This is a permanent position subject to a successful probationary year. The hours of work are 32.5 per week between 08:30 and 15:30. </p><p><br></p><p>The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of four exceptional special schools - The South Downs School, The Lindfield School, Hazel Court School/FE Department and Summerdown School which opened in September 2022. Where the best possible educational opportunities are provided for all learners and their families.</p><p><br></p><p> We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good communication and word processing skills to provide general clerical support for the Trust in particular coordinating the documentation of pupils’ Educational Health Care Plans and taking minutes of meetings, maintaining pupil data on the Trust’s information system - Bromcom, and submitting census returns, and providing main office cover when required. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a friendly but busy environment.
