The Brokerage Liaison Officer plays a vital role in the Adult Social Care pathway in Staffordshire. This position is responsible for obtaining care offers from the market and establishing care and support for residents and/or their representatives.
This role involves managing the end-to-end brokerage pathway, including sourcing care offers through the council’s commissioned systems and directly communicating with residents of Staffordshire to establish care and support.
