About the role

- £23,747 - £24,743 FTE (£16,080 - £16,754 Pro Rata) – SAT B
- 29 hours per week
- Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days
At The Eastbourne Academy our commitment is to help the students to achieve their potential. We are entering an exciting phase of improvement and growth which has enabled us to create two additional Learning Assistant roles to complement our established and skilled team. There is one opportunity to work with our SEND team and one opportunity to work with our Alternative Provision team. Both roles will assist and support the school in all the day to day needs of the students, ensuring they are able to access the curriculum and receive an education which provides opportunities for future development. The school has an excellent reputation for its work with all students with special educational needs and we look forward to meeting candidates who will be committed to continuing this work.
