About the role
Hellingly Community Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant 3 to join our team working across the whole school, to support the Class Teachers and pupils as required and offering interventions as directed. Ideally applicants would hold the Teaching Assistant 3 qualification.
The role will be from 8:45am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday including playtime break duties and MDSA duty, to start in January 2025.
The successful candidate will be joining a very committed staff and their ability to work well within our team is crucial. They will need to be able to work well in a whole class or small group setting and will have the initiative to lead children's learning and guide them through the learning process. Excellent support will be available from colleagues in both our school and from our colleagues at Grovelands Community Primary School, as part of our Rampion Federation.
