Foxfield Special School is a vibrant and nurturing environment dedicated to supporting the learning and development of children with special educational needs. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our pupils, working with a dedicated team to deliver engaging, inclusive, and tailored learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support individual learning journeys.
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the schools values and ethos.
What Were Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
Patience, resilience, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners.
A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
