Candidates should be motivated with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team assisting the pupils during the lunchtime period. This covers a wide range of activities.  </p>\n\n<p>You will work alongside a friendly and supportive team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff – offering a strong programme of in school training. </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of four exceptional special schools – The South Downs School, The Lindfield School, Hazel Court School and Summerdown School incorporating the Southfield Centre.
