  • Attend joint home visits with BRS staff where Social Care/ Safeguarding  concerns are identified. 
  • Support access to assessment for service users within Adult Social Care/Complete assessments  
  • Support the Safeguarding supervision process for BRS staff. 
  • Be proactive in supporting the wider integrated care system to develop knowledge and skills cross    sectors, this will include close working relationships with police, hospital safeguarding teams etc.  
  • Be a specialist lead to the team, providing advice and consultation on risk, safeguarding and complex cases. 
  • Provide professional accountability for complex decision making and work collaboratively with the multi- disciplinary team to establish safe and effective ways to work with people. 
  • Offer quality assurance and on-going learning to support the team with completion of effective referrals and sustaining effective referral pathways
