We are looking for a dynamic leader with experience in managing large scale contracts and building and managing successful relationships with providers, with particular expertise in housing. </p> <p>Newham has two PFI contracts, in Canning Town and Forest Gate, providing housing services to 2500 households. The Housing Partnerships Manager, managing the Housing Partnerships team (of three officers) is responsible for liaison with PFI contractors, oversight of expenditure and investment, performance monitoring across a range of services including contractual KPIs and Council policy.
