The hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm. There could be some flexibility with these and applications for a job share would be welcome.</p>\n\n<p>The successful candidate will:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>be an enthusiastic and excellent Early Years practitioner, who is able to engage children through preparing and participating in a range of play based activities that promote each child’s physical, intellectual and emotional needs. </li>\n\t<li>work with the supervisor to create an exciting and purposeful learning environment.</li>\n\t<li>act as a key worker, forming a close, caring relationship with their allocated children and communicating with their parents and carers.</li>\n\t<li>be flexible and able to work closely with other EYFS/KS1 team members and the wider school community.</li>\n\t<li>be keen to engage in continuing professional development.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>The school will offer:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>a happy and supportive environment in  modern premises.</li>\n\t<li>a school that is forward thinking and keen to  develop best practice in the care and education of nursery aged children.</li>\n\t<li>good professional development opportunities.</li>\n\t<li>a commitment to looking after the emotional wellbeing of all staff.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>We are also looking for bank staff, if you are interested in becoming a member of our bank team we would also welcome applications from those with a level 2 qualification or below.
