We are looking for someone enthusiastic who would like to come and join our Bluebell Federation team.</p>\n\n<p>We require After School Club Coordinator to join our happy and enthusiastic school between the hours of 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday, term time only.</p>\n\n<p>The successful candidate will:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Have the ability to meet children's individual needs.</li>\n\t<li>Have the ability to use good judgement and common sense.</li>\n\t<li>Have the ability to converse at ease with people from all walks of life and provide advice and feedback in accurate spoken English.</li>\n\t<li>Provide safe, high quality play opportunities and care for children, prepare activities and organising the programme etc</li>\n\t<li>Promote learning through play.</li>\n\t<li>Deal with cases of unruly or antisocial behaviour where appropriate or report the incident immediately to the headteacher or club coordinator.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure that any injury or sickness is reported to the First Aider or headteacher and the office; where appropriate to administer First Aid and clean up the sickness of children.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure that the Clubs are a safe environment for children, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, safety procedures are implemented at all times and fire drills/evacuation procedures are carried out effectively.</li>\n\t<li>Liaise with parents/carers to inform them about activities at the Clubs, and exchanging information about the children's progress and encouraging parental involvement.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are implemented, and provide reports as required.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>We can offer:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Friendly and supportive colleagues who work together as a strong team.</li>\n\t<li>Children who are enthusiastic and are keen to learn and play.</li>\n\t<li>A leadership team who value people (including children) and want all members of staff to enjoy and feel fulfilled by their work and their engagement with pupils.</li>\n\t<li>The chance to be part of The Bluebell Federation where we work together so that every child will blossom academically and emotionally in a nurturing environment rooted in love and kindness.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Closing date - 31<sup>st</sup> October 2024</p>\n\n<p>Interested candidates should contact Emma Callcott, Federation Business Manager for more information and an application form.</p>\n<h2>Additional information</h2><p> </p>\n\n<p>Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.</p>\n\n<p>Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.</p>\n\n<p> <br>\nThis authority is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
