Development Team Improvement Manager

As our Development Team Improvement Manager, you’ll dive into the inner workings of our Dev team, observe processes and recommend improvements. Think of yourself as a detective, but instead of solving crimes, you’re solving inefficiencies and boosting productivity!

You’ll observe and analyse the development team’s workflows, identifying areas for improvement. By collaborating with team members, you’ll provide actionable feedback to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and boost overall efficiency. You'll present your findings in a clear, engaging manner, and work to influence behavioural change across the team, helping embed better practices. As part of the Digital Management Team, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement.

You bring experience managing and leading technical teams, with strong coding skills and familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and web development (React, Drupal). You’re able to navigate complex technical environments and apply strategic thinking to improve operational practices. Your excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence enable you to connect with diverse personalities and convey ideas and feedback in a constructive way.
