Our Family Hubs are a local support centre for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years, (aged 25 with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)).

Please note : You'll be based in the Stafford Family Hub, however you will be required to cover any of the other sites across the south of Staffordshire in the event of holidays or sickness so you will need to be able to travel throughout the county when needed.
The hours of work are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday,
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will provide excellent customer care and a professional reception service meeting and welcoming families, children and young people ( 0-19 years) into our Family Hubs.
