What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of working with people, in 1-2-1's or groups in a variety of settings, delivering/supporting behaviour change interventions.  You will have the skills to lead community-based clinics as well as the ability to facilitate support with physical activity, emotional wellbeing and the broader issues that may be impacting an individual's current health or could prevent the patients' ability to manage their health in the future through personalised support planning.  With good interpersonal, time management and communication skills you will be able to prioritise and organise your workload and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the wider team.  In addition you will be a car driver or have the ability to work across PO1 - PO6.
