You will be able to demonstrate experience of residential property conveyancing transactions, Right to Buy and acquisitions, disposals, leases and licences and other related property work. </p>\n<p>You will have good drafting skills and an eye for detail as well as a good understanding to conveyancing law and practise.  You will be able to conduct your caseload with minimum supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team. </p>\n<p>We work collaboratively and flexibly and welcome applications from all members of the community.
