Key responsibilities within this role include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent children’s services in working groups to scope and design change required using expert knowledge of children’s social care</li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend best approach to achieve desired change based on consideration of risks and benefits</li>\n<li>Be children’s service link between IT and BI, to articulate requirements based on service need and statutory requirements</li>\n<li>Involvement in scoping of reporting functions to ensure the system can provide the information required</li>\n<li>Form part of data testing group, to ensure the system can provide accurate data sets  </li>\n<li>Be responsible for feeding into progress reports provided as part of business-as-usual arrangements</li>\n<li>Work with service to continually monitor, review, and improve the pathways and practitioner experience on MOSAIC</li>\n<li>Prioritise and allocate work within systems improvement team (trainer and data quality officers)</li>\n<li>Direct line management of systems improvement team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Here at Barnsley, we live and work by four important values: honesty, teamwork, excellent service, and taking pride in what we do.
