Most importantly, you’ll help instil a team culture that values collaboration, inclusivity, and teamwork, working to deliver continuous improvements, motivate your staff, and meet team objectives.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About you </strong></p>\n<p>Ideally a specialist in either security or safety, you’ll have a strong background in the general management of diverse teams. Ideally a member of a relevant professional institute, you’ll have experience managing and holding budgets, and significant demonstratable experience in a leadership position. You’ll have good knowledge of risk management, health &amp; safety, and food hygiene regulations, and the ability to motivate and encourage members of your team. On a personal level, you’ll be highly organised, capable of delivering at pace, and a person passionate about providing an excellent service for the benefit of the community you serve.
