You will also be screening referrals from the Police as to risk and support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Accountability:</strong> Be accountable for the day-to-day running of your workload to complete within timescales</p>\n<p><strong>Safeguarding:</strong> Understand the Level of Needs for work with our families and to recognise when the risk to children exceeds Early Help support</p>\n<p><strong>Performance Targets:</strong> Ensure the key performance targets as they apply to the team, the service, and the Council are met.</p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Carry out this role in a collaborative manner that promotes equality of opportunity and joint working with other teams across the Council and partners, while challenging and supporting the team to ensure timely and suitable outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
