We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk Team.

What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved

You will play a crucial role providing excellent first line I.T support for our end-users, where contact is received by telephones, our face-to-face IT Hub and via our online support Portal. You will be responsible for logging, diagnosing, resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all relevant data is captured to enable quick and efficient resolution within SLAs.

The right individual will have experience of working in fast-paced I.T Support Centre and be confident doing so. 

You will be a team player who is willing to learn and adapt, able to diagnose and resolve technical issues, taking ownership to seeking successful resolutions.
