About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and friendly Leasehold Services Team as an Administrative Assistant on a six-month fixed term contract. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday either 9am to 3pm every day, or 25 hours worked across the week (days and hours to be agreed).
The team manages over 1700 leasehold and shared ownership residential flats and deals with a variety of customer demands including lease and service charge billing enquiries and pre-sales enquiries. The team also process 'right to buy' applications, conduct arrears recovery work and carry out consultation with leaseholders on planned works.
You will provide administrative support to the team and provide a front-of-house initial response to our customers (in person, by email, and by telephone) ensuring enquiries are responded to quickly and where appropriate triaged correctly.
No previous experience in leasehold matters is required.
